EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE

Content and offerings provided by Brittney Swaller are intended primarily for educational and informational purposes.

We reserve the right to modify, replace, update, discontinue, or change an offering where reasonably necessary, provided that doing so does not improperly deprive purchasers of rights or access they are legally entitled to receive.

Additional terms disclosed on a sales page, checkout page, enrollment page, order form, or other purchase interface may apply to a particular offering.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Certain Brittney Swaller products are delivered digitally.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the product for your own personal purposes, subject to these Terms and any additional terms accompanying the product.

Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of the product or its underlying intellectual property to you.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, share, publish, upload, modify for commercial distribution, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise commercially exploit our digital products or proprietary materials.

LIFESTYLE MATH™

Lifestyle Math™ is a proprietary educational planning tool designed to help users explore lifestyle costs, income goals, financial priorities, and related planning concepts.

Lifestyle Math™ is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Calculations, estimates, examples, projections, worksheets, formulas, and other materials do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice and do not guarantee any financial result.

Your purchase grants you a personal-use license only unless another license is expressly provided in writing.

Lifestyle Math™ and its associated original materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, redistributed, repackaged, shared publicly, or represented as your own product or methodology.

THE E.M.P.I.R.E. METHOD™

The E.M.P.I.R.E. Method™ is a proprietary educational framework developed by Brittney Swaller.

Materials associated with The E.M.P.I.R.E. Method™ are provided for personal educational use and may not be copied, reproduced, taught, repackaged, distributed, sold, licensed, or presented as another person’s framework or methodology without prior written authorization.

Participation in or implementation of The E.M.P.I.R.E. Method™ does not guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, career, business, relationship, or lifestyle outcome.

BUILD YOUR EMPIRE

Build Your Empire is an educational membership and community that may provide access to courses, lessons, resources, discussions, tools, community features, and other materials.

The membership may be hosted through a third-party platform such as Skool. Use of a third-party platform may also be subject to that platform’s own terms and policies.

Your membership is for your personal use. Login credentials and membership access may not be shared, sold, transferred, or provided to another person.

We reserve the right to establish and reasonably enforce community guidelines designed to protect members, intellectual property, and the operation of the community.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & RECURRING BILLING

Certain memberships or services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

When you enroll in a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment method to be charged according to the price and billing frequency disclosed to you at checkout until the subscription is canceled.

You are responsible for reviewing the price, billing frequency, trial terms, and cancellation terms presented before completing enrollment.

You may cancel a recurring membership to prevent future renewal charges in accordance with the cancellation method made available for that membership.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund payments that have already been processed, except where required by applicable law.

FREE TRIALS

Certain memberships may include a free trial.

The duration of the trial, price following the trial, billing frequency, and applicable cancellation terms will be disclosed at enrollment.

If you provide a payment method when beginning a trial and do not cancel before the applicable trial expires, your payment method may be charged the disclosed membership price and recurring charges may continue until cancellation.

You are responsible for canceling within the stated trial period if you do not wish to begin a paid membership.

PAYMENTS

Prices are displayed before purchase and may change for future purchases or enrollment periods.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. We do not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law, digital-product purchases are final and non-refundable.

Recurring memberships may be canceled to prevent future billing, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of charges that have already been processed.

Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the original content and materials available through Brittney Swaller—including written content, videos, educational materials, frameworks, methods, course materials, worksheets, workbooks, downloads, graphics, branding, photographs, designs, templates, product materials, and other original works—are owned by or licensed to Brittney Swaller and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This includes proprietary materials associated with The E.M.P.I.R.E. Method™ and Lifestyle Math™.

No purchase or participation transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

TRADEMARKS

Names, logos, slogans, product names, program names, and other brand identifiers used by Brittney Swaller may constitute trademarks or other protected brand assets.

The use of the ™ symbol indicates a claim of trademark rights and does not necessarily indicate federal trademark registration.

USER CONDUCT & COMMUNITY STANDARDS

When participating in a Brittney Swaller community, membership, program, or interactive feature, you agree to behave lawfully and respectfully.

You may not use our platforms or communities to harass or threaten others; impersonate another person; distribute unlawful or harmful material; spam or solicit members without authorization; infringe intellectual property rights; share another member’s private information; scrape or systematically collect member information; distribute proprietary program content; or interfere with the operation or security of the community.

We may remove content or restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect other members, protect intellectual property, comply with law, or maintain the integrity and security of our platforms.

MEMBER & USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily post, submit, or share content within a community or interactive feature, you remain responsible for that content.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to anything you submit and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

Do not submit confidential information that you do not want other community participants to see in areas designed for member interaction.

TESTIMONIALS & USER CONTENT FOR MARKETING

We will not assume that participation in a community automatically gives us unrestricted permission to use your name, image, likeness, or private communications in advertising.

If we wish to use identifiable customer content, testimonials, photographs, videos, or other materials for promotional purposes, any required permission or consent will be obtained as appropriate.

NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

We do not guarantee that purchasing a product, joining a membership, completing a program, implementing a strategy, consuming content, or using an educational tool will produce any specific result.

Results vary according to individual circumstances and numerous factors outside our control.

No income, earnings, employment, business, financial, audience-growth, personal-development, career, lifestyle, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Examples, testimonials, personal experiences, hypothetical scenarios, calculations, projections, and case studies should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.

Termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and our content, products, programs, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
