I’ve faced unemployment more than once. I’ve navigated bankruptcy. I’ve carried more than $60,000 in debt and quietly wondered if the future I imagined for myself was ever actually going to happen.

But every time my life has fallen apart, I’ve learned how to build again.

Not because someone rescued me. Through difficult decisions, intentional systems and the willingness to become someone I had never been before.

That journey taught me to ask two questions:

Who do I need to become to build the life I want?

What does that life actually cost?

The first became the E.M.P.I.R.E. Method: my framework for becoming the woman capable of building an extraordinary life.

The second became Lifestyle Math: the system that gave my future a number and turned “someday” into an actual plan.

I didn’t create these after everything worked out.

I created them because I needed them.

Now, at 38, I’ve decided to build all of it publicly.
