REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Because digital products may provide immediate access to downloadable materials, tools, worksheets, templates, educational resources, videos, or other proprietary content, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not offered once a purchase has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to, products such as Lifestyle Math™ and other digital products offered by Brittney Swaller.

Before purchasing, please review the product description and included materials carefully to ensure the product is appropriate for you.

BUILD YOUR EMPIRE MEMBERSHIP

Build Your Empire is a recurring membership providing access to educational content, resources, and community features hosted through the Skool platform.

Membership fees are non-refundable once charged, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Cancellation stops future billing but does not provide a refund or prorated refund for membership fees that have already been charged.

Following cancellation, access will continue or terminate according to the membership terms and billing period applicable to your purchase.

Failure to use the membership, access the community, complete educational materials, or participate in available features does not qualify a purchase for a refund.

FREE TRIALS & PROMOTIONAL PERIODS

If a membership or subscription is offered with a free trial or promotional period, the applicable terms will be disclosed at the time of enrollment.

Unless canceled before the end of the applicable trial period, your selected payment method may automatically be charged the stated membership fee and continue to be charged according to the billing frequency disclosed at checkout.

Once a membership payment has been processed following a free trial, that payment is non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

You are responsible for canceling before the applicable trial or renewal deadline if you do not wish to be charged.

SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Recurring subscriptions remain active until canceled.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges. Cancellation does not retroactively cancel or refund charges that have already been processed.

You are responsible for managing and canceling your subscription through the platform or method through which the membership was purchased.

CHANGE OF MIND & NON-USE

Refunds will not be provided because you changed your mind, did not use or complete a product or program, did not participate in a community, did not achieve a desired result, or no longer wish to use a purchased resource.

Purchasing a product or membership does not guarantee any particular personal, professional, business, career, income, financial, or lifestyle result.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience a legitimate technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you purchased, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the access issue.

A technical problem does not automatically entitle a purchaser to a refund when reasonable access or replacement access can be provided.

DUPLICATE OR ERRONEOUS CHARGES

If you believe you were charged more than once for the same transaction or believe a billing error has occurred, please contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Certain products, memberships, payment processing services, or community features may be delivered or processed through third-party platforms, including Skool and applicable payment processors.

Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their respective terms, policies, and billing procedures.

EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Where applicable law requires a refund or provides a mandatory cancellation right, those legal requirements will apply.

POLICY CHANGES

Brittney Swaller reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply prospectively and will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date displayed at the top of this page.
